Alianza Taxi LLC – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services offered by Alianza Taxi LLC (hereafter “Alianza Taxi”), either through the websites www.alianzataxi.com, www.alianzarides.com, or the Alianza Taxi software application (“App”) for mobile devices (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App or use the Services.

Alianza Taxi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason.

1. Platform Services

Alianza Taxi LLC operates a technology and dispatch platform connecting customers with independent drivers.
Alianza Taxi LLC does not provide transportation services; all transportation services are provided by independent drivers.

​2. Customer Eligibility & Account

• Customers must be at least 18 years of age.

• Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or using an account.

• Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activity under their account.

• Alianza Taxi may suspend or terminate access if any information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or if the customer violates these Terms.

3. Ride Requests & Payments

• Fares provided through the App are estimates only and may change based on actual pickup/drop-off locations, traffic, waiting time, or other unforeseeable factors.

• Users agree to pay the taxi driver regardless of any malfunction of the App.

• Electronic payments may be facilitated on behalf of drivers via Braintree Payments, Zelle, Cash App, where available. Cash payments may also be accepted depending on the driver and location.

• Users must maintain activated and valid payment information in the App and accept all applicable Terms and Conditions to use electronic payment methods.

• Once a ride has been completed, it cannot be canceled, and payments are non-refundable.

​​4. Cancellations & Fees

• Cancellation, no-show, or cleaning fees may apply, depending on the circumstances and driver policies.

​​5. User Conduct

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and use the Services for lawful purposes only.

• Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of the account.

• Users may not authorize third parties to use their account or allow persons under 18 to use the Services unsupervised.

• Users are responsible for any damage or injury caused to drivers or their property.

​​6. Limitation of Liability

• Alianza Taxi LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including any disputes arising from transportation services, payment failures, or estimated fares.

• Complaints regarding the transportation service must be directed to the driver or service provider, though Alianza Taxi may review complaints for quality control purposes.   

                                             

7. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

• Users waive the right to pursue claims as part of a class action.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

​​9. Acceptance

• By accessing or using the Services, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

​​10. Revisions & Updates

• Alianza Taxi reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
